CommentBlocks is a visual website feedback tool that allows users to leave comments directly on web pages. The Service includes features for creating feedback projects, inviting collaborators, and managing comments.

## 3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree not to:

- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code

## 5. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our fees upon 30 days' notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of your billing period.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CommentBlocks and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

## 7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

## 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CommentBlocks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

## 9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
